Terms and Conditions
1. All Coin98 users are welcomed to join the event. Users are solely responsible for determining and complying with any applicable regulations (including foreign exchange restrictions) while participating in the “Unlock the ARKHAM mystery with Coin98".
2. Entry into the event will be considered as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Users can join the “Unlock the ARKHAM mystery with Coin98" during the specified period mentioned at the beginning of this blog post and the post published on Coin98's social media platforms.
4. All the event information is officially valid and updated only on this blog post.
5. Winners agree to the publication of their wallet addresses (5 first and 5 last digits) on Coin98's social channels.
6. The winner list will be announced within 14 business days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) after the end of the event on Coin98 social channels.
7. Rewards will be distributed in ARKM tokens. The amount you receive will be calculated based on the ARKM closing price on January 2nd, 2024, as listed on CoinGecko. At that time, 1 ARKM was equivalent to $0.6384. Rewards will be distributed directly to the ERC-20 wallet address submitted on Gleam within 14 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after the winner announcement.
8. Any complaints are only valid within 72 hours after the winner announcement on Coin98’s social channels. Users can contact us through Coin98 Live Chat for support.
9. Any detected cheating will be automatically handled by Coin98's decision without prior notice.
10. Coin98 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. All final decisions belong to Coin98.
12. All user personal data (wallet address) will not be passed on to third parties without consent, nor will it be provided for the use of third parties.
