UNLOCKED #5 | Creating Contacts on Coin98 Wallet
Welcome back to Coin98 Wallet’s UNLOCKED Series - your guide through the app’s helpful features that many did not fully know about.
In this episode, we’re going to show you a great feature that enhances your convenience when making transactions on the Coin98 Mobile Wallet: Creating Contacts in your Address book. You can send coins/tokens to your friends and family much faster as their addresses are already saved on our system.
Let’s see how this works!
How to create a new contact
Step 1: Open Coin98 Mobile Wallet, then click Manage on the home screen.
Step 2: Click Contact.
Step 3: Click the plus icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Fill in the recipient’s name, wallet address and choose the correct blockchain of this address, then click Create Contact.
Your new contact will instantly be displayed in the address book. You can repeat this process to add as many contacts as you wish.
How to send coins/tokens to your contacts
Step 1: Click Send on the home screen.
Step 2: Click the contact icon next to the recipient’s address box.
Step 3: Select the recipient’s address from the list, then click Send To This Address.
The recipient’s address and username (if they are also Coin98 Wallet users) will automatically be imported to the information box. Double-check to make sure you're sending to the right recipient.
